Programmer needed for website modifications (includes wordpress custom template programming)

Hello,
I am looking for a programmer who can:
1- Make my website editable with word press (I already have an account that I use for another website and I know how to use it).
2- Replace the audio player with a better one (allowing up to 5/6 ".wav" tracks to be displayed)
3- Make the website responsive (it should look good on everything including tablets and smartphones).
4- Adding a little sign below the biography so that people understand they need to scroll down to see the remaining text.
5- Adding one button below the audio tracks. This button will take people to a website where I have more work to show.
Basically I need to be able to change the text in the biography, change songs that are available on the page and add new ones easily whenever needed as well as changing songs' titles.
Currently the player does't work on anything else than desktop computers.
It needs to be dealt with.
I would like the website to adjust correctly to all types of screens without having to change the design of my page. It currently only looks good on desktop and laptops but not on smartphones and tablets.
For the avoidance of doubt, I do not need and do not want to change the way the website looks right now on desktop and laptop computers. You will have to program a custom template in wordpress in order to keep the way it looks on Desktop computers and laptop (proportions and layout).
