Event calendar display system for national organization, divided by US states.

Member account system:

Each state and regional leader will create an account, which will give him or her the ability to upload event information. There may be numerous events to list for each state and region. This form will be part of the Events Display System, but only a member or admin can update and/or change.

State and regional leadership

(Each leader can be assigned an auto password upon creating the account. After first successful login, they are prompted to create a new one)

Create an Account

Step 1: Create username, password, and password recovery

Step 2: Enter Contact information. Name, title, address, email, region name/area

Email will be sent to admin to reflect a new account has been created.

Success: Taken to primary interface view

Primary Interface View

Displays Welcome Message

Provides links to change any account information

Provides links to enter the Event display system

Database Administration: Full administration, access and ability to change all information in member account.

Search member List

Shows summary information for all members in list, including date of account creation.

Provides links to detail pages for each member

Provides option to close a member's account and an area to enter a message from the administrator, or generic message

Provides controls to search member list again, change criteria, or change sorting methods

Events Display System

This display system will be first entered by the enduser from a US map on the website (Click on the state). Then enduser will pick a region from a name list, or enter a zip code. The results will come from the events that have been input by the state and regional leadership. Search should perform around state and the first three digits of Zip Code.

Primary report system

Site administrator (admin) has access to statistical reports. No other users have access to reports.

All information input on the Event Report fields can be tabulated according to each individual field. Create a search by parameters page that has an easily readable form output. Provides controls to search, change report criteria, or change sorting methods.

Dynamic Content Admin System

Site administrator/webmaster can build surveys for online use and collate the data results.

Ability to post .pdf files on website

File and link uploads

Create categories that can be altered by admin, design those areas to be flexible.

Summary--

Member creates account

Member loads the event information into form

Form information is collated by the report system to be processed by admin

DB admin has access to all information.
