I would like to hire one person/company who feels they can handle the entire job. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Please review and provide an estimated price , and the time to complete.
- Upgrade existing PHP web application.
Application runs on a traditional LAMP stack with PHP 5.3 with the Suhosin patch and should be upgraded to vanilla PHP 7.1 compatibility.
The current framework in use is a custom framework with the bulk of the code residing in one fairly large page.
Accepted applicant is to port existing functionality to a modern MVC framework such as : Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii2, or Phalcon.
Choice of framework is left to applicant, but preference is for well known frameworks.
No hosting for project will be provided until completion of the project; Applicant will have to retain all work on a local development platform.
Additional details on application and existing website will be provided to interested applicants
Upgrades to functionality.
A "Stay logged in" button that would last the entire day.
Add a "Map my Day" link under Appointments drop down in the Admin Suite which will open Google Maps and show the whole day driving route. Map plugin should have all appointment booking data in each Pin. Even better if Hey Siri could be taught the Map my Day voice command.
I would like to automate the User setup. Two parts to this. First is where the user has to setup all the services, times, cost, locations. Not quite sure how to handle this part yet. I'm open to ideas. Walk through setup process like TurboTax, or Facebook maybe.
The second part is how each users scheduling panel looks online. Right now we take parts of their website and paste it into the HTML Headers box in the Headers/Footers tab under the "Profile" drop down in the Admin Suite. I'd like to make it interactive using something like the Elementor plugin with the scheduling panel embedded in it while they are setting it up.
