Regular Website Upgrades and Updates for Custom Build Website - PHP, MySQL, JS, Ajax

We are a company requiring web developer on regular basis. We are based in London UK. The work assignment will be provided regularly and each assignment will be estimated in terms of cost and time individually. Once the assignment is done, tested and paid you will receive another one etc.
We are looking for somebody with these skills:
* Daily communication (if needed) via online chat and emails is a must
* You must be able to dedicate to this project min 2-3 hours a day when the assignment is on.
* PHP experienced only - building and editing custom made scripts, OOP
* JavaScript & Jquery usage - ability to build custom scripts
* knowledge of Ajax
* we might need some front-end work so HTML5 and CSS3 skills are important too
* some knowledge of servers running Linux, normal server maintenance as we have dedicated server.
Each assignment will be written in details and we are able to answer any questions any time. We are STRONGLY looking for somebody on regular basis as this is on going work.
Successful candidate will also get pay rise once he proves himself.
