We are a service company and we get job requests from different portals. It is time consuming to manually create job offers for each prospective customer. We would like to automate this.
To start we want to scrape the specific data from an email that is being sent to us with customer information and write it a Google Sheet. Then we will write an app script to fill out a template with the prospec data. We will share example emails.
The project is done if you've completed a tool or a script that will scrape the data from various similar emails (always same structure), and the data is copied automatically to a Google sheet and I can find the data in the right column (mapping is correct).
