scripts needed

We need scripts for following topic’s , our budget is $50, demo must, no need to install , please show working code on net……… 1. I want a reward points scripts. Like Every time I approve an offer. Say an offer pays $3 and I approve it. then a member should get $3 in their Account and 30 points under rewards. 2. Randomly generated dummy email id and dummy member id feature for all links. 6 digits randomly... eg... 123456 at yahoo dot com ....... 3. If a new offer is added. An automated email should go out to members saying New Offer Added. Only one of these automated emails per day... If an offer is suspended. An offer suspended email should be sent out. Also the suspended email should go to a page where there are other suspended offers. There should be a new link for deleting an offer. 4. Any member that signs up for an account should be sent an activation email in their email. After that I should get an email saying a member has signed up. 5. We Need generate unique member id. This is a unique 7 digit number for each member where the last two digits are always 00 (two zeroes).
