Hi, I am looking for a programmer to update an existing Sourceforge
project ([url removed, login to view]). The project features the recording
of an online search process by users of the webpage, registration to
the webpage and some export of data. Mostly decision making tasks with information search are run through the system.
The project includes:
- integration of an open source search engine into the existing
project (the current system uses a full text search) any improved
search method might be used (insight into semantic search would be
- the search engine should also be "tuneable". i provide the
database information that is searched trough myself. there should be
a possibility to link certain keywords to search results, eg,
keyword 1 results in a list of 4 hits (h1-h4, which are represented
as links like in google) out of a possible hitlist of 8 hits
(results). after a click on h1 a result r1 should be shown - a link
should additionally be listed on the results page linking to a
result r2 ...
- at the moment the whole system works with registration through
e-mail and the generation of a user-id - i want to have a second
option added that lets me post the user-id from another program
- on the top level of webdip there are different experiments (tasks)
that can be run - i would like to have an automatic possibility
added that shuffles those experiments (or at least offers one after
the other) - in other words - participant 1 gets experiment 1, part2
gets exp2 part 3 gets exp1 again ...
- finally the improvemtn of existing export queries in MySQL
More details (especially about the existing system) are available on
demand. I would like to see a working demo before payment.
