Secure My CODE.

My contact form from my site is easily hacked and easily injected with code and sends out spam.

1) I need someone to secure my contact form...Add the username to the form if logged in.

2) Add an addition to update user email & password...

30USD budget. Someone should be able to do this in their sleep. All the code is there already, I just need someone to help me edit and secure my code.
