send cart from prestashop to an offline credit card form on another website

We have 2 websites : - Prestashop e commerce where customer take orders. - Another website with a wanted credit card offline form Prestashop cart have to be send on the offline credit card form. The offline credit card form have to check and verify the credit card number and return a validation to prestashop with order state updated. If number credit card is wrong then return error. The credit card information is encrypted in the database in compliance with PCI DSS rules.
