I've switched my site from HTTP to HTTPS and most of my sites were indexed. Some of them receive "Submitted URL not selected as canonical" in new Search Console. These are not indexed and I can see they are set as canonical and Google doesn't even index it's HTTP version. These pages are quite content and image heavy, so there is no duplicate or thin content to not index these pages. HTACCESS is set to redirect HTTP to HTTPS. My other pages are indexed under HTTPS.
I need to fix this issue so Google can recognize that HTTPS is the only and main version of the site so it can index all my pages.
Theme: Adult blog in wikipedia style
This project will be completed only if Google indexes my HTTPS version of these unindexed pages.

Hi! The .htaccess rewrite rules are the last resort to use, it is not for http -> https redirection. I am a system administrator and a software developer with years of experience. I can solve your issue.
