Server Admin - Magento2 / Cloudflare

We are experiencing some issues on our website that could be server related or cloudflare related. We need someone who is skilled in server management to have a quick look to determine if there is any problems, and if so, diagnose and fix. There is 2 errors I have attached. We need this looked at immediately.

SA#17 Hello, Your problem is server php configuration or a magento script memory leak problem. It's NOT a cloudflare problem. I need to check it to determine the problem.
