Small business that has recently upgraded to Office 365 and now using SharePoint List to track quotes and job. Want to make some improvements as per below.
Am looking to make the below changes to existing list.
• freeze the header row
• Create an auto generate sequence when adding new item to list, to create new quote number
• When new item created in a list, auto generate corresponding document folder with same name
o Add link from the specified column in the list to the newly created folder
• Send email/alert when fields changed in list
o ie email accounts team when quote converted to order
o And order closed
Create dashboard with summary of quotes/jobs
