Simple cart

Job Description:
Looking for a simple shopping cart with the following features:
-Add to cart code where I can change the price, item name, and item id manually in the code.
-Shipping will be 7.95 for the first item, and 1.00 for each additional item.
-When they click add to cart, I want the page they were on to remain the same, but the page will show "item has been added to cart, Click here to view cart" message at the top of the page.
-Code snippet that will display the amount of items in the users shopping cart, and the $ total.
-View cart button, that will then display the items, the cost, and the shipping, with a checkout button.
-When viewing the cart I want them to be able to remove items and change quantities.
-The checkout button will lead them to paypal where they can proceed to pay for the items.
What I dont want:
-I don't want the shopping cart to read a database of inventory, nor do I want it to update a database for inventory.
-I don't want it to be persistent (if they leave the site, the items in the shopping cart are not held for them).
Please keep in mind I'm not looking for a ecommerce site, Im just looking for the coding mentioned above.
