A simple document management system where a document is created and uploaded to a server. The application, based on the WEB (PHP, Mysql …) and responsive design, will store who created the document, which is the status ( revision, accepted, stand-by …) and some other labels. Store a historic of all changes regarding those parameters and a comment section. Additionally, it will offer a search box. For example:

Status: In progress
Comments: Boss, you need to check the budget in order to accept it or deny it.

It has to be adapted for computers, smartphone and tablets. The access to the documents will be from the local network and from the outside.
