Simple member system

Hi,
We need just a really simple member script/system.
Basically we have 2 HTML files one to register and one after they register.
We want you to implement the script to our register html design page and when they register it adds them to a MySQL database (will given you cpanel access etc) and then after they register it takes them to the other HTML page.
However I only want the page after registration to load the code XXXXX (so if a user visits the page after registration without actually going through registration the code XXXXX does not load).
Code XXXXX simply means I will replace my own code where you put XXXXX
Really simple.
