Job Description:
Basically we rent out items like chair ,plates on rent basis (24hours) to which we charge a rent , so I want s customised software which would do billing , also manage amount according to days. Ex. One takes 100 chairs , from which he returns 30 on day 2 , and remaining on day 10 , it should calculate accordingly, maintain customer information , also need seperate file for permanent customers ( who pay quarterly, yearly) , also format of bill , it should also give me reminder of customer who has not paid amount , if he/she comes back , also maintain a book which has amount. Name , address of customer who's bill is pending ( include the permanent one bill too) also it should tell me amount of inventory left , so that no physical counting [login to view URL] out of 300 plates , 100 are out , so the system should show 200 [login to view URL] it should have sub category of plates, bowls , swanpandish. There should be discount option left to whom I can give as and when required. It should have a page wherein in I can see daily items which are gone out , monthly and yearly too.( Here in search option would work for me , where I search the by name , date. Also 24 hours valid for all except set of silver plates, bowls it has rent out period of only 6-12 hours. I also would need monthly report of which items rent out more in which month. Attached the sample copies of customer entries , 1. DM( Delivery memo)(a copy given to customer) , main book( entery of customer as per dm ) , bill book , delivery book, book to maintain money which hasn't come. That's all
