Some changes to header of a WordPress site -- 2

Hello, I have an WordPress website, Details in PM. In header, I need something different and professional. For example i need search like this: [login to view URL] You'll need to think of a great header that suits the site and make it look elegant. The search as seen on the referred site should be ajax, and results should be minimalist too. You'll need to create a logo too to fit the header. The header should have Login/Register, Menu for logged in user with Logout link etc. Thank you.
