Telegram Bot Checker

Hello,

I am looking for a modifiable Telegram bot for an Engagement Group that has the ability to check whether a user has Liked, Commented, and/or Saved a post on Instagram.

It needs to have the ability to do the following things:

- Check whether the telegram user has Liked a post

- Check whether the telegram user has Commented on a post (Bot must have ability to check a min value of words 3+ or 5+ words would like to be able to specify)

- Check whether the telegram user has Saved a post

* For these three I would like to be able to specify which options to add per group as some groups I would check Likes only and other groups I would check both Likes and Comments

- Add admin users

* Admins do not get warned and can remove warns and ban users if needed

* Admins do not have the ability to warn/ban me (I will always be the master user)

- Warn/Ban telegram users when they have not Liked/Comment/Saved a post

- Warn/Ban telegram users who have not added the admin users on Instagram

- Add/Remove Warns/Bans (Can remove 1 warn/ban or all warns if needed)

- Check whether the telegram user provided a correct '@username' instagram name when they post in the Telegram group

- Check whether the telegram user provided a valid instagram URL in their post in the Telegram group

- Ability to recreate this bot checker as a Template for another account if needed, by providing a bot name along with necessary information that may be needed
