I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Telegram bulk messages sender for me. The main purpose of sending bulk messages is to communicate with my customers. I need a freelancer who has past experience in creating similar applications.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in:

In addition to the basic functionality of sending bulk messages, I would like to have the feature of message scheduling and CSV or Excel upload . This will allow me to schedule messages and send customize messages to customer at schedule time and with customer name.
