This project will be awarded jointly with the project [url removed, login to view] and the project [url removed, login to view] since many of the features are similiar. The site will be a Portal that will permit users to access Timeshare information. Since much of the database information is common, it may be that the sites need common development.
There will be various Categories available to the visitor. For example: Find a Realtor, Find a Timeshare. Access will be via selection of Country, State/Province/Region, City, City Sector, Resort. There will also be interactive maps from which to select the previous.
Realtors, or the General Public, will be able to create a Property Listing to offer properties for sale. Realtors will be able to add Property Listings based upon their membership level. The general public will be able to add Property Listings for a fee.
Customers will be able to Search on various criteria and will be able to print a Highlight Sheet for properties they find interesting. They will be able to save the Properties as "Favorites" or email the Highlight Sheet to a Friend. They will be able to create a Search Profile that will notify them of any New listings or Price changes.
The program will have the ability for Admin to create various Membership Plans from which to choose. The Plans will include # of Listings, # of Featured Listings, Term, Price.
The site will have links to [url removed, login to view] to use some of the facilities of that site as well as links to www.therealestatesite.net.
