I need a customer support sms/web chat application created.
This project uses web on the customer support side, and sends a sms to the customer through the twilio api. A support agent should be able to see the chat history for each customer they spoke to, and also see new clients who have unread messages at the top of their window. I have included a simple drawing showing these items.

once a customer communicates with one customer service agent, all future messages should go to that same customer service agent.
customers are assigned to a support agent before they text us for the first time, so it is already defined in the database.
A simple database design to use for this project.
- agentid (assigned in the customer table)
- fromnumber (the customers phone number here. this phone number is the same as the customers table
- content (this is the message from the customer)
