Upgraded PHP and now I get a Error 310 net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Need to fix redirect loop

Hello,
We built a site for a client that was running fine for years. Our host upgraded the php version to 5.3.10 and now we have some major issues. Any time we try to access a php login page for the front end or back in, we get the following error.
Now we get: This webpage has a redirect loop. Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects on any of the php pages.
I have attached some of the code to give you an idea of how it works what you will be working with. I will give full access to the person who wins the bid.
I need someone to fix the code so that the php login works and other php functions work properly.
