URL Changes, Auto meta Tags, Retail Price Fixing

There will be urls changes that needs to be done in the site such as:
[url removed, login to view] (information page)
[url removed, login to view] (Category page)
category=Swiss-Replicas/VACHERON-CONSTANTIN (Sub-category Page) [url removed, login to view] (Product page)
Now i want it to be something like this:
/about (information page)
[url removed, login to view] (category page)
swiss-replica-watches/[url removed, login to view] (Sub-categories page)
swiss-replica-watches/omega/[url removed, login to view] (Product page)
You will have to set seo indexing urls correctly; then edit the .htaccess file and check the codings in root/lib/general/php it is the place where all the urls etc can be conducted.
Along with it I want an auto tags to be written for products pages. Something like this just for the products.
Product Page Title: "Product name" at "website name"
Product Page Desc: "Get a top quality "product name" from "website name" for just "Price US$".
It can be conducted in [url removed, login to view] file. Codings needs to change out there.
For categories and information pages it's already there in the admin.
Also last but not the least; i want retail price to be displayed like (save 20% on this product). It is there to input in the admin but i think it needs to be properly configured in the product; categories displaying product pages.
It is bigcommerce interspire cms.
