Web application: list management with dashboard

Hi, I have reviewed the attached file. We'll create an application in PHP using secure MVC platform that will manage the construction or operation. As you have mentioned that user interface is very important, we'll create a user friendly layout to ease user experience as much as possible. Two types of users will be using the application with different features. The customer will be able to create the operations and admin will approve and modify if required. This application will provide the users a nice flow for using the app with all possible options that they may need while using the system. I would like to ask you a few questions.
