Customer : For Multiple customer (will be using application at time) and One customer will have
multiple users. At customer end issue will be resolved by various members in a organization.
Deployment : At Customer Server or Cloud Server managed by us.
Server requirements : Suitable for Authentication , Database , Email, File, Application
Model : SAAS or One type it depends on Customer
Super Admin for End Customer management ( Will be managed by us )
and Customer Admin - for managing at customer end ( Will be managed by Customer)"

"User Levels at Customer End:
In the Web application, we differentiate the following user levels:
Visitor Level (Read-Only rights) ,
Issuer Level (Read-Only rights + rights to enter new complaints),
Solver Level (Read-Only rights + Limited Edit-rights),
Manager Level (Full Edit-rights) ,
Customer Administration (All rights related to customer)."

Should be user friendly and elegant
User details entry ,
User Login and Password, Users can change password after, can be changed if forgotten
Issue Creation form - For creating issue, attach required files, photos, tables, data. Email triggers
Manager form - for deciding priority, Assigned to responsible dept and Responsible solver and correspondents for clarification. Email trigger with each update.
Solver Form - For solving issue in systematically planned way, For action Plan defining needs tabular form..
Benefit analysis form - Cost analysis, Efficiency improvement , defect reduction , intangible benefits, remark
Provision for attaching and selecting emails at each form.
Database should save each transition with Date and initiator.
Extra field in each forms to configure - admin requirements

With each update and modification to all selected email users and to customer admin by default"

- Issue ID field - will be unique, Auto generated as per defined logic and no duplicate. Will be useful for tracking
- Some field will have drop down menu . Customer can able to configure.
- Some extra / blank field need to be provided in each form . So that Customer admin can configure if required.
- Status field - will be open when issue opens and its status will change as per progress like In-progress, Killed, Hold, Under testing , Under Field trial , Closed.
- If Status is closed - means issues is concluded
- For Action Plan definition tabular field will be required (Like Analysis , Action Description, Responsible person , Plan Date
