System Operator: Access to reports and managing customer data for data entry and document validation.

Manages Agency, Terminal, System Operator, and Ticket data.
Access to reports.
Operator:
Access to custom reports.
No data management capabilities.
Sales Operator:
Access to custom reports.
Access to sales functionalities for agencies.
Customer:
Access to custom reports.
Ability to register as a customer.
Select, purchase, and print travel tickets.
System Operator:
Access to reports.
Manages customer data for data entry and document validation.
Reports:
Reports are profiled based on user profiles and include search filters.
Available reports include Total Sold, Total Sold per Sale Terminal, Total Sold per Agency, Total Sold for Agencies, and Total Purchased.
Users can select the day or period and the type of ticket for each report.
For reports involving terminals and agencies, users can select the terminal and payment method.
Users can view transaction outcomes.
Data:
The Administrator manages Agency, Terminal, System Operator, and Ticket data.
Functionalities for Customers and Agencies:
The web application allows customers to register.
Users can select and purchase travel tickets.
Customers can purchase personal travel tickets, while agencies can purchase tickets for different customers.
