Website and Android App for Booking Appointments

Hello, I need a developer to build the first version of a project I am working on.
I would like to have a booking software where customers can schedule a service (for example a haircut) choosing from a pool of local businesses.
The project will require a website (customer and admin) and an Android app (customer and admin).
In a nutshell I would like the software to have the ability to:
- Create accounts: login , save personal information, history of appointments.
- Calendar: create appointments, update, and delete.
- Push and email notifications.
- Promotions: appointments can have discounts in percentages or dollar (via codes for example code: GIFT154)
- Reviews for local businesses.
- For the local business: If the business has for example 5 employees, each employees will have their own calendar so the customer can choose with whom to book the appointment.
I plan to do several upgrades to the project in the future, for example adding credit card processing, a dashboard for the admins, reports, inventory control, customer management, Loyalty Rewards Program, etc, so I would like to find a developer to work in a long term relationship.
