APEX ([login to view URL]) Project Overview
Objective: To create an Aviation short term contracting marketplace platform predominantly for SE Asia.
Language: Wordpress (The main partner wishes to have the ability to edit / SEO things if possible.) At minimum the front end pages and listings / blog feeds visible to the public should be done in Wordpress. Admin, Member & Manager login areas could be done in custom PHP / JS/JQuery / HTML / CSS if required.
Home page to be similar to [login to view URL] but more modern. Professional Style - coloring - aviation blues / greys / whites.
Main categories on tiles: Flight Crew, Training, Services, Engineers, Aircraft/Parts.
Listings search page to include listings of both services required and services offered differentiated by different colors and easily filterable / searchable.
General public can view and search the listings and each individual contract/supply page. To bid for an offered contract or to list their services or services required they must register / login.
Login: Standard email/password and option to login with Li, FB, G+ (similar to [login to view URL])
Document upload: System will allow members to upload/delete standard aviation / other required documents in various categories in to their account for other members to check/verify for a job if required. The basic important fields on these documents (expiry dates, licence number etc etc must be stored as searchable fields in the system)
Scheduling Calendar: Members must be able to upload / edit their schedule/calendar to show their availability for work. This should be visible to them from their login dashboard.
Scheduling API: For training section Examiners / Instructors / Simulator center must be able to upload their availability & cost/rate that syncs into the booking system so members can search for available simulator/training times and costs & locations and book them.
Notifications by email / push to members from the web app to notify members of messages / booking confirmations / expiry date of their certifications / licenses etc to remind them when simulator checks / re-certification is required.
Standard User - Can post services offered / services required and bid on services required / accept or decline services offered. Users can see how many times their listings have been viewed.
Category Manager - Category manager has the ability to see the contact details and internal chat details of members in their category or members that they have introduced / uploaded to the system. They can approve/reject/delete documents & modify listings uploaded by members in their category or members they introduced. Any money made by the members the Category manager introduced they receive a percentage of.
Administrator - Full overview of the system to assign Category Managers / check & modify listings, approve/reject/delete documents uploaded by members, check internal chat history, delete / block members.
Users should be able to use an internal private one on one member to member chat system linked to each specific listing to communicate. If possible system should warn admin / managers if users attempt to divulge telephone numbers or email addresses through the chat system.
System should be fully responsive and work like an app on mobile phones & tablets.
Initially contracts/jobs pulled from RSS feed to populate site categories.
