You will work closely with our development team to identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and achieve a GTMetrix score of less than 3 seconds.
Conduct a thorough analysis of our website's current performance using tools such as GTMetrix.
Identify areas of improvement and propose actionable solutions to optimize the website's loading time.
Collaborate with the development team to implement necessary changes, focusing on front-end and back-end optimizations.
Optimize code, images, scripts, and other relevant elements to improve performance.
Leverage caching techniques, compression, and other best practices to enhance the website's speed.
Monitor website performance regularly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices related to website performance optimization.
Proven experience as a Website Developer or similar role, with a focus on performance optimization.
Proficiency in GTMetrix or similar performance monitoring tools.
Familiarity with caching mechanisms, CDNs, and content optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance-related issues.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and debugging abilities.
Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on website performance is a plus.
A passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry is preferred but not required.
