We Have a real estate client who is redeveloping their website to fit the new branding and structure for their business.
We are looking for a website developer, preferably in WordPress to help us design, and develop out a beautiful and high functioning website.
Attached bellow you will see the basic wire frame that we are working with. Most pages are pretty straight forward and simply need to be well designed and organized appropriately.
Functionalities on the site will include the need for Video, slideshows, Photo galleries, and 3D tours via matterport.
The critical and more complex portion of this project is fully integrating the IDX to showcase all the properties available for sale. In addition we are looking to have a simple client login page that will showcase content that is only accessible once our client (Agent) has approved them. Once they have signed up then they will be able to access more documents and materials.
We are looking for a site that is beautifully designed, and for a developer who will partner with us in creating something that speaks very highly of the agent and her skills. A keen design eye will be very important for this. Design will be modern and clean, which key design features that make it look high end, and not just block on top of block.
We will need someone who can develop out a well composed and clean back end for uploading content. It is imperative that the back end is simple to navigate and understand so that a non experienced person can easily make the changes needed.
Thankfully we have developed out a lot of the brand, look and feel along with the typography and much of the content.
Of course the site will also need to be designed to be responsive on mobile and up to larger scale monitors.
