Website Localization (Russification) for Russian Users

An up and running dynamic website (e-marketplace) which was developed with English User Interface needs to be localized (russified). In other words, it will be a replica of the main website with the Russian User Interface. However, it will be deployed as a sub-site (under a sub-domain). • The current up and running is a dynamic website (e-marketplace) is the main website for which we have not used any CMS, we developed it as a customized website with PHP, JAVA script, AJAX, MYSQL. • Since the main website is a dynamic web-application most of the data is being used from the Database, but some labels on many pages are hard coded which can be translated into the Russian language. • As mentioned above, we want to deploy the Russian website as a sub-site. Therefore, the major concerned is the data and database. You have to provide a reliable solution whether to develop an independent Database for sub-website (Russian) and join with main-website (English) database or other possible solution. Because we want that users and products data should always be available on both websites (English and Russian). If someone has already developed and deployed the Russian Website successfully, should bid on this project. Only those bids will be considered for shortlisting which are eligible for this project. More details will be discussed only with shortlisted bidders.
