WordPress based Medical Events Listing Website- Development, Graphics and CMS

Development of the UIX, frontend, backend of a medical events listing website.
User Access:
Users to sign up as either a healthcare professional (normal user using social login- in order for them to see more information on event listinings they need to sign up) OR sign up as a conference organizer/medical society (subject to approval) on the website and list their own events.
Listing:
Listing their events comes with many parameters. Some parameters are used as search filters, while others are just fields. Some parameters will be displayed to normal users (site visitors and logged in healthcare professionals) while others are just search filters. The database structure, with type each field represents and the criterial/condition of visibility of the field is all defined in an excel sheet alreay.
Expected UI:
Modern feel and touch, avanced graphics and ability to change easily
Domain and Hosting:
Provided by myself and all codes are to be kept with client along with signing an NDA and handover post completion of work.
WP Template:
It is preferrable to use a wordpress template such as MyListing or Listing Pro and teweaking the template from there, these can be seen on themeforest.
