Wordpress database visual search functionality

We have developed a front end website that is a Job Board. This is WordPress based and utilised various WP Jobs plugins for functionality.
There are 2 aspects to this brief:
We need an instance (whether it be a landing page behind gated content) where recruiters can pay for access and then they can search the database for CV/resumes based on various different fields (for example all results within 30 miles of X, or all results with 'web design' skills). This will need to have detailed functionality to ensure more recruiters use us.
Secondly, we need to look at this database to have integration with a CRM platform. For example, we need to be able to access the database internally to see specific criteria (for example show all candidates who have applied for a 'Train Driver' role in the last 30 days).
It needs to be visually slick, highly customisable and integrate seamlessly with our front end system. Bonus if you can work with us on integrating and setting up an automated email CRM system with the database.
