Wordpress PHP Expert Needed

My client runs and real estate and property management company and wants to have some customisation on various parts of their website.
1. They would like to have the availability for open homes shown similar to the attached. Their favourite is thumbnail_image002 They are currently using Booking by wpdevelop & oplugins but that does not give the layout and look that they want
2. They would like their logo shown in the secondary header which can be seen when viewing a property page. [login to view URL] This can be achieved by modifying Houzez/property-details/[login to view URL]
3. The client would like to have the agent's phone number and email address shown as well as a much larger image. The logo is also covering the image of the agent. The houzez/[login to view URL] would need customising for this
I need to know the following:
1. For the availability calendar, which look are you able to recreate and how would you achieve this? We would likely need shortcodes that can be used with the existing theme. Can the existing Booking plugin be modified?
2. Cost to complete all three tasks?
3. Approximate timeline to complete all tasks
4. When could you start?
