wordpress plugin/ widget expert required

I need some one with experience in wordpress plugin development. You will have to write the plugin which will access another website form and by selection of the categories form that form. One xml will be generate and this should be shown with some css in the website sidebar. Thats kinda easy job for wordpress/php professional developer. Budget is $60-$100. Regular work for the wordpress expert. write "GOTCHA" in start of your proposal to confirm you have read the project
