The search function will be able to match a property based on the buyers budget and will do a complex computation that will weave through the budget and the properties differing payment scheme. Tasks: 1. The site should be able to perform property search based on two major search functions (the old search function will be replaced with: For Cash Buyers (Search property by PRICE) For Loan Buyers (Search by filling up the fields below: Loan Buyers: Downpayment – Desired Monthly Payment Your Age – (the function and conditions of property to appear will be seen on our EXCELL file) This is the major change on this website for it will now employ a computation scheme to determine what properties will appear. It should PASS ALL THESE CRITERIAS BELOW: Downpayment Monthly Payments Age Qualification 2. Add these NEW Fields on the “Listings” database - Floor Area - Lot Size ( Existing is Plot Size, rename to Lot Size) - Minimum Downpayment - Months DP (Downpayment) 3. The details the client inputs plus the details of the property will have an internal computation where the properties that will appear (PASS) will be determined. 4. Add Factor Rates Tab under LISTINGS to apply to all Listings computation 5. Change the Search Results to this one (see Search [login to view URL]) and show Monthly Payments 6. Change the Single Property Results to this one (see Single Property [login to view URL]) and show Property Specifications and Computations 7. Results should be ordered or browsed via the following: Price Descending Price Ascending Floor Area Descending Floor Area Ascending Lot Area Descending Lot Area Ascending 8. AFTER INITIAL SEARCH RESULTS, they will see an “refine search” area on the left where they can improve the results by: Downpayment Monthly Payments Age Qualification Payment Years (Checkbox) Location (Checkbox) – Show only location that appears on the search and is according to their budget 9. The website can be still be viewed in mobile mode even after the new changes took place
