We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can work hours close to or overlapping with US Pacific time (GMT -7).
We’d like to setup a function which allows our website visitors input their e-mail addresses before download PDF files.
Here are the basic outlines of this project:
1- Set up pop-up form where visitors can submit their e-mail address, when they click the PDF download Link button.
2- Visitors can download other PDFs as well after the submission for certain period of time.(*Set up the cookie duration for pop-up.)
We will have over 50 PDFs, so just avoid same person submitting many times.
3- After the submission, PDF downloading start or download link shows up.
Don’t send download link by e-mail.
4- Reject free email addresses like Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo.
5- All submitted data is saved in database.
WordPress Admin can browse e-mail addresses on their backend and export them as CSV-file.
6- WordPress Admin will upload PDF to “Media” and insert / edit / remove the PDF download Link on their backend.
7- There is a need to distinguish normal links to PDF and the links to PDF require e-mail address submission.
We will have both type of PDF links over several pages.
