I am building a website where restaurant owners can order menubooks. These products are configurable:
I’ve set up this configurator using the Visual Product Configurator: [login to view URL]
A menu card can consist of the following:
-Binnenwerk(The material the pages are made from, the inlay)
-Bedrukking(Print, like a logo etc)
The configurated product you see
([login to view URL]) is working perfectly, however 3 things are missing:
1. The visitor should be able to enter the number of Binnenwerk - inlays(pages).
Each type of product has a minimal (default) number of inlays and a maximum number of inlays, as you can imagine a menufolder can only hold so much inlaypages.
The minimal number of inlays cost 0 extra as they are delivered as standard. Adding more inlays will cause the price to become higher.
2. The visitor should be able to add the product to a wishlist.
After all choices are made the vistor has to be able to order the menubook. This is already working.
We want the visitor also to be able to add the fully configured product to a wishlist which he can look at in a next visit. It needs an email function as well: ‘Email me this configuration’. Visitor should fill in his email and will be emailed a link to the specific wishlist item.
Also the admin of the website wants to receive that last email (obviously)
3. There should be a discount settable based on number.
The admin should be able to set product discounts per product. The discount will be calculated over the grand total.
Rules should be individually settable per product. example of a rule:
1 - 10 = 0% discount
11-20 = 5% discount
21-50 = 10% discount
-You will receive FTP and WP login of the testing website
-If plugins need to be bought, please let me know up front
-Needs to be done before January 10th
-I need a full description on how to configure a product with these new rules
