wordpress woocommerce register button -- 2

hi,
i want to rewrite a code. and i need help.
i have a radio button for registration with two options customer or vendor.
if the visiter chooses vendor. i want the submit/register button to take. him to the vendor link
and if he choose customer i want the button to take him to the customer link.
currently the code looks something like this:
