write a php mysql automation script

we want a php script to do some routine tasks instead of humans, these following example tasks must be done AUTOMATICALLY from the script without human interruption only when configuring the script :
1- login to a website #1 ( predefined url, username and password in configuration )
2- go to a specific page ( predefined url )
3- get all products data ( cars for example ) from website #1 and compare it to temporary data to check if this product was new or previously retrieved , if old > ignore, if new > retrieve specific data and store it temporary.
4- look for product images link and get all product images and download them to our server.
5- send new product informations to website #2 and store it in db, and add images links

- script must have multiple robots to get data from multiple websites
- user must have ability to create , update and delete any robot at any time using UI not hardcoding , preferred UI to be built using bootstrap.
- in some robots, you will get data from google sheets and post it to a website, get data from website and post it to a google sheet.
