We are looking for an expert with the Zendesk API to help us create a little script.
We wish to add a public comment to a ticket based on a trigger, a little like this:

We are following the steps but unfortunately the URL call never executes successfully.
We are looking for someone with Zendesk API experience to help guide us correctly regarding this, *or* help us create a workaround (ie, calling an external URL that we host, which passes the code to the Zendesk API).
(Any such code should be a simple code-behind ASPX page, C# or VB.NET.)
