PHPFOX Mobile App setup configuration

Hi we have a PHPFOX Site and have done the configuration for the mobile app
but when trying to login from the phone app we get a message cant login!
It seems that we have mist a setting and need someone that know to check and finalize the configuration.
Need someone that has worked with PHPFOX before
