Pinescript tradingview indicator

I have been getting repainting issues, I turned on barmerge.gaps_on, now my labels don't go according
so i need the labels, HH and HL to be on the highest point, and LH, LL to be lowest points
you can see it on tradingview charts that its not in the right positions.
see count_1, the purple line. how the labels are all correct
In details,
1. Labels will only occur when there is a difference of 5 or more, so example.
Between a LH and a HH, the HH will only happen when there is a difference of 5 or more between LH and HH
2. To fix the positions of the labels, must be at the highest point (for HH and HL), and lowest point (LH and LL)
