PhD Political Science needed for ongoing consulting

Job Description:
Hello
I am looking for someone who understands both politics and psychology.
I will be having 2-4 hours calls per week when you have time.
During this time I will discuss political situations and behaviours of political actors, as well as my own past behaviour, emotions and best future response to win the political game.
This will be an ongoing project for 6+ months, or for foreseeable future.
I will also be learning from you about politics on call.
So objective is to
1) become improved version of myself
2) counter politics and narratives through intelligent psychology
3) understand various personalities and decrypt thier plots and motivations
4 freelancers are bidding on average $20/hour for this job
