I need a Power Automate Dev to help me set up a flow to manage my sales leads

Job Description:
I want to set up a process which automates actions between Outlook, Planner, Teams to help me better run my sales process. I've crafted some flows but in summary I want to:
- flag emails into my enquiries inbox to trigger new tasks in planner
- respond to those emails easily from planner to either seek more information or set up a sales call
- I want to capture key data ahead of and during the sales call (in Excel) and use that to pre-populate an email to be sent immediately after with new client forms
- I want to be able to follow up regularly (initially after 2 days, and then weekly) with notifications to prompt me when a follow up is due
- if a client responds to my email, I want that to be automatically appended to the appropriate task so that I can easily manage the process through Planner without needing to keep going through outlook as well
