360° Cultural Dome Experience Build

I am building a state-of-the-art, full-projection dome that lets visitors step inside India’s most spectacular cultural and spiritual gatherings. Your task is to create the immersive “digital twin” content that will wrap the entire 360-degree surface, play back flawlessly, and captivate an audience that simply sits back and watches. The experience is intentionally low on interactivity—once the show starts, it should run on its own—so every creative decision must emphasise cinematic storytelling, photoreal visuals, and enveloping spatial audio rather than user-driven controls. Think of it as a living documentary projected on a seamless sky. You may choose the best production pipeline—8K 360° video capture, photogrammetry, volumetric scans, Unreal Engine renders, or a hybrid approach—as long as the end result feels authentic. The dome’s media server accepts equirectangular masters and can be driven through TouchDesigner, Unity, or a standard fulldome playback engine, so please keep those formats in mind when preparing files. Deliverables • A developed storyboard and shot list covering at least one grand Indian festival (Diwali, Kumbh Mela, Holi—or a similarly iconic celebration we mutually select) • High-resolution 360° master video, colour-graded and stitched for a four-projector, 20-metre dome • 5.1 surround audio mix with a stereo fold-down • Playback package tested in TouchDesigner or comparable fulldome software • Operator guide outlining setup, loop triggers, and any show-control cues Acceptance criteria • Content maps correctly to the dome with no visible seams or warping • Minimum running time: 15 minutes continuous, hands-free playback • Average frame rate: 60 fps on the target server hardware • Audio localisation aligns with visual focal points inside the dome If you have previous fulldome, planetarium, or 360° cultural work, send links or reels; it will help me gauge your eye for detail and sound.
