Payments problem to my PrestaShop site. (unfortunately there is no payment method available)

Hello,
We had started creating a website through PrestaShop and we were in the final steps before our website went online but after uploading a payment module there was a problem with payments ...
That is, as soon as the customer goes to chooses a payment method, no method is displayed and this message is displayed: unfortunately there is no payment method available.
I tried to reset the payment modules and the payments temporarily reappeared on the payment page but as soon as I change Payments -> Preferences -> Country Restrictions to match the payment method to the country I want, this problem is created again...
I would like a solution to my problem as soon as possible.
