Predefined values for City field in address

Job Description:
Dear Freelancer,
I need a module/upgrade to use a predefined city list in customer address, Prestashop 1.7.X. The city list should be created the same way as the states are created within the country (each state should have a list of cities to choose from). I will provide an Excel file with States, Cities and Zip Codes
Project requirements:
1) When a new address is created, the City field should be limited to the predefined values
2) Front office and back office changes should be implemented in all pages where address is present: shopping cart, authentication page, new address page, modify address page, back office orders, addresses, etc.
3) The city field selection should be updated dynamically with every letter typed by the user until the exact city is found
4) The zip code will be saved to customer address
