Setting up a fresh Prestashop and add products

We want to relaunch a Presta webshop with a limiet array of products, and are looking for an experienced Presta ressource that can assist us on an on-going basis.
The site is freshly installed, and is in needed of some trouble solving in regdards to the presta community and add-on modules.
We plan on using the standard template that the installation provides, but are open for suggestions for alternatives. Our business is green energy solutions and software for Industrial clients.
The site must support both Danish and English, and we will solve the Danish translations, in partnership with you.
The site will as a minimum sell the following range of products (with the amount of devices)(options)
LED Lights (35-50)(3)
Heatpumps (10)(2)
Efficincy packages, containing hardware, software and licenses (5)(1)
Consultency invoiced by the hour(1)(1)
We offer our solutions on a win-win basis, so you must expect to work with our development team in integration with our energy management system.
We will need to solve problems with missing graphics, what do you suggest for missing pictures and icons?
