I’m putting together a natural-gas industrial heating line and need a burner engineered to deliver between 300,000 and 1,000,000 BTU/hr. The goal is reliable, steady heat for process heating—no power generation or incineration duties—so flame stability, turn-down ratio, and straightforward maintenance are priorities. Here’s what I’d like from you: • A complete burner design (mechanical layout, materials, and sizing) compatible with standard natural-gas supply pressures. • Combustion calculations that verify the stated heat output and outline achievable efficiency. • A bill of materials with part numbers that are globally available, plus any proprietary components clearly flagged. • Recommended control scheme—including safety interlocks, ignition train, and sensors—with preferred brands or open-source PLC suggestions. • Installation and commissioning guidelines so my in-house techs can fit and fine-tune the unit confidently. I’ll review the drawings and calculations first; once those are accepted, we’ll move on to the controls documentation and final BOM. Let me know which CAD or simulation tools you plan to use and any past projects that show you can hit this BTU range cleanly and safely.
